At GALXBOY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all GALXBOY tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
